Note from the Health Office
ALL MEDICATION in the HEALTH OFFICES must be picked up by an ADULT by FRIDAY, JUNE 6th AT NOON or these will be discarded.
*Medications cannot be sent home with the student.
SUMMER SCHOOL
Emergency medications such as EpiPens, inhalers, glucagon or emergency seizure medication for students attending summer school can be left at school for the summer school session. They must be picked up by an adult by FRIDAY, JUNE 27th at NOON, the last day of summer school.
*No scheduled daily prescription medications or over the counter as needed medication will be administered during the summer school session; only emergency medications will be available.
NEXT SCHOOL YEAR
*All medication needs to be in their original container. No baggies will be accepted.
Any prescription medications needed for the 2025-2026 school year will need a new consent/order from the prescribing physician and a consent form filled out by parent/guardian giving consent for the school to administer prescription medications.
Any over-the-counter/non-prescription medications needed for the 2025-2026 school year will also need a new consent form filled out by the parent/guardian. Non-prescription medications do not require a physician order/consent form.
