Hello Families and Staff,
We are offering a School Immunization Clinic on Monday, October 5, from 2:30–5:00 PM in the Edgerton High School Commons.
This clinic is open to everyone! Students, parents/guardians, family members, and staff are welcome to receive vaccines.
Vaccines available may include:
All routine childhood vaccines
Influenza (flu)
COVID-19
Shingles
Pneumonia
Other recommended vaccines for children and adults
The clinic is provided at Edgerton High School, 200 Elm High Drive, Edgerton, WI.
Please note:
All students will need parental consent to receive vaccines.
Children ages 3–10 must have a parent/guardian present.
Eligibility requirements apply for some vaccines, including Vaccines for Children (VFC).
