District Administrator's Welcome

  • On behalf of the members of the Board of Education and entire staff, I would like to welcome you to the Edgerton School District's website.

     

    Our staff is honored to work with children and serve the entire school community. We recognize the importance of our role as educators and the significance a comprehensive education has in preparing children to be successful in a 21st century global society. We believe in a partnership between parents, staff and the community, all working together to inspire excellence in school, work and life.

     

    Our District has much to be proud of and to celebrate. We are recognized for our rigorous academic programs, highly trained staff, world class co-curricular and fine arts offerings, state-of-the-art facilities and strong parental support at every level. Students are actively engaged in a guaranteed and viable curriculum that is aligned to both state and national standards. Our staff is committed to continuous improvement, as demonstrated by the fact that more than half of our teachers hold a Masters Degree. More than 50% of our students at the middle school and high school participate in extra-curricular activities. We have active PTO’s/PTA’s and booster clubs that generously support our schools. The Edgerton School District is one of Wisconsin’s finest.

     

    One of our goals is to ensure that every child has the foundational skills necessary to succeed in college or any career path they choose beyond high school. Our students will need to be agile enough to change careers throughout their work years and have the ability to learn new skills along the way. We are committed to this goal, and will be relentless in its pursuit.
