ACT Information

    *All Juniors will be taking the ACT Plus Writing at Edgerton High School on March 3rd, 2020. There is no cost to students/parents for the March 3rd test. The score that a student earns on this ACT test date can be used for admission to college. 

    In addition, ACT has their national test dates which are listed below. The ACT is not administered at EHS on these national test dates; however, Janesville and Madison are both options.

    Registration is online at www.actstudent.org .  If a student qualifies for free/reduced lunch, see a school counselor for an ACT fee waiver form. If you miss the deadline, you can register during the late period above, but you must pay an additional nonrefundable late fee. 

    ACT Preparation

    ACT prep guides are available in the Counseling Office or you can visit www.act.org/academy

     Seniors: *If you did not have your ACT scores sent directly to the college you are applying to, you must request that they be sent electronically through the ACT website. Here are instructions on how to have your scores sent:

    Go to www.actstudent.org  

    Click on Scores at the top

    Click Sign in and view scores and then Create a New Account

    Mark yes to have you registered to take the ACT before and have you taken the ACT before

    It will ask for demographic information and then the student’s ACT ID number which can be found on the ACT score report at the top.
