Welcome to the Transition Webpage
Transitioning is important for all students, regardless of disability. Transition provides early planning for youth to move towards goals. It can be particularly challenging for students with disabilities and their families as they leave high school and enter the world of adult services. This brings about several changes in their lives.
This page was made to assist families with children with special needs in the area of Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC), Department of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) and Long Term Care Programs (LTC)and upcoming transition events in the Edgerton School District.
