Position: Defensive Specialist (DS)/Outside Hitter (OH)

I began playing volleyball in 4^th grade, continuing through high school as an OH/DS.  During this time, I played on various club teams beginning at the 12U level and continuing through the 18U level.  After graduating from high school, I went on to play DS under scholarship for four years at Judson University in Elgin IL.

I am married with two children and enjoy spending time with friends and family, outdoor activities and watching my children in all their various activities.

I joined the Edgerton volleyball program in 2018 and look forward to many successful seasons ahead. 

This is my 1st year with the Edgerton High School Volleyball program. I will be assisting the JV coaches and am very excited.

I grew up in Waupun, WI and played for Waupun’s Central Wisconsin Christian High School JV and Varsity volleyball teams as a 4 year starter. My positions were DS and outside hitter. Our team took Conference Champs in 1998, and were WISAA Division 4 State Runner up’s in 1997 and 1998. My main contributions to the team were saves, serving, and serve receiving often leading the team in saves.  When I graduated, I was top 10 all-time saves. I have past volleyball coaching experience with middle school age students.

I moved to Edgerton in 2004. I am currently working for the UW Hospital as an RN. I am going on my 19th year of nursing and 17 th year being a Trauma/Surgical nurse. One of my many highlights of my profession is mentoring and precepting new nurses. My family includes, my husband Travis (an Edgerton Alumni), and 3 boys Collin (8th grade) , Brayden (5th grade) , and Kolden (2nd grade). Special times that I enjoy with my family are spending them outdoors, watching sports, cooking, and running 5K’s!
