Experience: Chris was hired as the head girls basketball coach at Edgerton High School prior to the 2020-2021 season. In his first season as head coach, he led the Crimson Tide to a 17-5 record and berth in the Division 2 regional championship game. The Crimson Tide also achieved a state ranking as high as #8 in Division 2 during the season. Prior to becoming the head girls basketball coach, he was a member of the boys’ program for five years. Chris joined the Edgerton High School boys basketball staff in 2015 as the JV2 coach and the following year he joined Coach Daryl Fox’s staff as the varsity assistant. Over his three years as varsity assistant, the boys’ program had a 56-20 record and won three straight regional championships. Prior to joining the boys’ staff, Chris was a high school basketball official who officiated four state tournaments and he played college basketball at Lake Forest College after being a four sport and fourteen time letter winner at Platteville High School. In addition to his high school coaching responsibilities, Chris coaches AAU basketball and has been involved in coaching and administration of multiple youth sports in Edgerton.
