School District App

  • The Edgerton School District now has a mobile application for your smartphone that will keep you even more connected to all of the happenings at ESD!

ESD has expanded communication by adding the Blackboard Edgerton School District App, an all in one information source for staff, parents, students and the community.  The app was developed specifically to provide direct access to the district's most sought-after information in the most convenient format, all on your mobile device.

    Features include:

    • District and school news, which allows the user to select which schools and district news feeds they want to subscribe and receive.
    • Push notifications for the district/school to send out instant alerts to the user's mobile device.
    • Sports scores, schedules, and links to sports sites.
    • Calendar information for schools and district events, including the ability to add events from school calendars to the user's device calendar.
    • Links to the District's Facebook, Twitter sites, along with links to any sites individual schools may have. This is especially helpful as one does not need to be a member of the social media site to be able to view all social media posts from the app.
    • Share with us! Button
      • Share your photos with a short blurb to be used on social media, websites and stories about the district.
      • Share your Kudos of a staff member or student with use using the Kudos category.

The app is FREE for users and is available for immediate download on iPhone and Android devices.

Use the links embedded in the image on the right to download from the Google Play or Apple App Store.  To simplify the process one can also scan the QR code at the right of the screen, the code will take you to the appropriate store based upon your device.

A number of different communications will be sent to parents, students and the community to encourage them to download the application.  Our district believes this is one more vehicle to assure that our community is well-informed of all the great things happening throughout the district.

If you have any ideas for how to improve the app, please email the District Technology Director, James Haas
